WeightCoach adheres to the principles outlined in the Code of Practice as developed by the Weight Management Council of Australia.
In relation to this, the following points are worth emphasising.
WeightCoach guarantees that the program will work as stated but it makes no claims regarding the success of the program. That is up to the individual.
If any member feels that the program does not work as outlined on the web page, we will refund their payment in full providing a claim for refund is accompanied by the reason a refund is being claimed and received by us within 5 days of initial payment.
WeightCoach encourages all members to use the program in conjunction with advice from their doctor, dietitian or other health professional. If prospective members have any doubts about the suitability of the program for their particular needs, such doubts should be raised with their health professional prior to joining.
WeightCoach will undertake to reply to all genuine enquiries about the program that are received by email, as quickly as possible. However, WeightCoach is unable to reply to queries that would normally be answered by a doctor or a dietitian.
